Storage charges

PackagesFree for 30 days (maximum 60 days). After 30 days: $1/day, or $2/day for oversized packages over 1m3. Packages held for 60 days are automatically discarded.
Mail items (Premium only)Free for up to 30 days. Mail is shipped automatically when any item has been stored longer than 30 days.

Return processing charges

Return shipping only$11 per registered item. Customer must contact the store and provide a return label when required. Additional fees may apply for partial-content returns.
Return handling + shipping$33 per registered item. Additional fees may apply for partial-content returns.

APO/FPO address shipping

Handling fee$27 per shipment (includes one received package) + USPS Priority Mail rate
